Check-Ups and Cleanings
When you come in for your check-up every six months, we will start with a cleaning to remove built-up plaque and tartar. While brushing at home is the crux of preventative care, some food particles and bacteria need a professional’s tools and skills to remove. When the dentist examines your mouth during the check-up portion of your visit, they will utilize the latest technology, including digital x-rays, to make sure they have a thorough picture of your oral health. We try to make your visit as quick and convenient as possible because we know you don’t want to spend all day at the dentist’s office.
