Dr. Patric Lucaci is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who likes being actively involved in the treatment of his patients, from start to finish. He strives to be the best at what he does and enjoys being part of our team here at E-Care Dentistry. Previously, he was the Chief Resident of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, received the Mosby Award of Surgical Excellence, the Surgical Achievement Award, and the Habitat for Humanity International Youth Leadership Award.
Dr. Lucaci completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 2009 and his Medical Doctor (MD) degree also at UMKC in 2012. Subsequently, he completed a general surgery internship at Truman Medical Center in 2013 and his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery degree in 2015.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lucaci enjoys working out, photography, golf, and travel. His favorite quote is from Steve Prefontaine: “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.”
Dr. Kayla Leach grew up in Wichita, KS, along with her younger sisters. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry from Kansas State University. Her passion for dentistry developed while working as an oral surgery assistant, leading her to pursue a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
Dr. Leach received dental training from A.T. Still University-Missouri School of Dentistry & Oral Health in St. Louis. Following dental school, she had the honor and pleasure of providing dental care to veterans at the Indianapolis VA Medical Center while she obtained advanced training in complex dentistry. Dr. Leach is passionate about meeting both your dental wants and needs to improve your smile.
She is involved in the local dental community and is a participant of the Spear Study Club, where she collaborates with other dentists on interdisciplinary complex cases and best practices. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching her nieces and nephews grow up. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.

Bri began working in the dental care industry in 2016 as a dental assistant before transitioning to her practice administrator role, making her knowledgeable in both the clinical and business aspects of our practice. Outside of work, Bri spends her free time traveling and spending time with her husband and two rescue dogs.
Bailey graduated from Concorde College in 2015 with a degree in dental hygiene and joined the E-Care Dentistry team in 2020. Every day she looks forward to meeting new people and helping them restore their smiles. Our patients appreciate Bailey’s ability to put them at ease and manage their anxiety during dental cleanings. When not in the office, Bailey volunteers with Team Smile and enjoys being outdoors, playing with her son and dogs, and spending time at the lake.
Katrina graduated from the University of Kansas in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. She enjoys interacting with patients and is passionate about making their visits as seamless and enjoyable as possible. In her free time, Katrina loves spending time with her family and her three dogs, watching the Kansas City Chiefs play, and cheering on the KU basketball team.
Luis trained as a dental assistant and preventative dental specialist in the United States Army. He joined the E-Care team in 2021, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience, including assisting in oral surgery and sedation dentistry over the course of his career. Louis loves getting to work alongside the team of highly-skilled clinicians in our office. Outside of work, he enjoys doing DIY projects for his girlfriend, cooking, and spending time with his daughter.
Alissa is currently attending Johnson County Community College, where she is working toward her dental hygiene degree. Alissa loves interacting with patients and helping them get back their relationship with their teeth. She is part of the KU marching band and spends her free time reading and snuggling with her cat.
