This membership starts at $32 per month and includes two professional cleanings a year, 1-2 doctor exams a year, needed x-rays, one emergency exam per year, and 20% off all other treatments.
Perio Membership
This membership starts at $54 per month and includes 3-4 periodontal maintenance cleanings a year, 1-2 doctor exams a year, needed x-rays, one emergency exam per year, and 20% off all other treatments.
Child Membership
This membership starts at $28 per month and includes two professional cleanings a year, 1-2 doctor exams a year, needed x-rays, fluoride treatment, one emergency exam per year, and 20% off all other treatments.
Other Financing Options
