Free Movie In The Park

Looking for something to do with the family this Friday the 13th? Well, there are free movies in the park at Stagecoach Park! This week the free movie is Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone. The 2001 film is kicked off the world-phenomenon movie series based on the hit series of books by J.K. Rowling. The plot follows Harry Potter who turns 11-years-old and learns that he is a wizard. His journey takes him to the wizarding school of Hogwarts, where adventure and friendship find him. The movie is rated PG due to some scary moments and mild language. Fall Harvest Weekends

The Autumn season is upon us. If you are looking for fun ways to spend the get outside for some family fun in the fall, Fall Harvest Weekends may be just what you are looking for. Fall Harvest Weekends give you a chance to harvest corn just like it was done in the 1860s. There is picking corn, shelling corn, and even some horse-powered corn grinding. The event is held at the Mahaffie Farm, and there are tours of the Mahaffie house. Sometimes there is even something cooking on Mrs. Mahaffie’s stove.
