What Is Smile Club at E-Care Dentistry?
The E-Care Dentistry Smile Club is a convenient in-house program for patients without dental insurance. Smile Club includes an adult and child plan to fit your family’s unique dental needs. Think of it as an exclusive club available at our Olathe dental practice and is designed for patients of all ages.
Most patients who join Smile Club save hundreds of dollars per year; members who require additional dental care can save thousands of dollars.
How Is It Different From Dental Payment Plans?
Smile Club is different from dental payment plans in that it helps you save money rather than having to manage in-house financing at the dentist’s office. With Smile Club, preventative dental care, restorative treatments, and cosmetic dental services are more affordable through treatment discounts and bundled dental services.
For one low monthly payment per person, you and your family members can receive the dental care you need without breaking your budget!
What Are My Smile Club Program Options?
When you join Smile Club, you’ll sign up for the program aligned with your age group. Each option is meant to meet the needs of a variety of our patients.
The program options are:
- Adult Membership
For just $32 per month or $384 a year, members ages 18 and up receive two professional cleanings, up to two doctor exams per year, one emergency exam per year, plus all necessary X-rays. Members also receive 20% off all other dental treatments at E-Care Dentistry. - Child Membership
For patients under 18 years of age, our Child plan costs $28 per month or $336 a year and includes two professional dental cleanings per year, up to two doctor exams per year, one emergency exam each year, all necessary X-rays, and a fluoride treatment. Like the other plans, the Child membership includes 20% off all other treatments.
Patients can use their 20% off discount for other treatments, including teeth whitening and our clear aligner teeth straightening system, as well as oral surgery, crowns, and more. Your discount applies to an unlimited number of services each year, so you can achieve a confident smile on your schedule.
Can I Use a Flexible Payment Plan Along With Smile Club?
Smile Club members are eligible to utilize other financing for their dental care, with the exception of dental insurance.

- Lending Club, a personal loan program you can easily apply for online
- CareCredit, a credit card that can be used for eligible medical payments
- Cherry, a financing program with flexible payment options and interest rates as low as 0% APR for well-qualified borrowers
If a personal loan or line of credit aren’t ideal, our team can review other options with you when we create your dental care plan.
At E-Care Dentistry, you also can use your high-deductible health plan’s Health Savings Account (HSA) or funds from your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for dental expenses of all kinds throughout the year. Simply swipe the debit card associated with your account, or request a reimbursement through your HSA or FSA administrator.
