- This Saturday morning is Stream Clean Up Day. Walk along the banks of the stream in Olathe for a wonderful morning, while picking up litter and meeting other members of your neighborhood. The event is open to most of the family, but due to the activities, children under the age of 8 are not allowed. The will provide supplies for the day like trash bags, trash grabbers, gloves, and safety vests. Volunteers will also get a free t-shirt!
- Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm is hosting 1860’s Christmas on November 13th! Try a piece of traditional Christmas pudding, while making historically accurate Christmas ornaments.
- For the next two weeks, Sense & Sensibility is playing at Olathe Civic Theatre. The play is adapted from one of Jane Austen’s most beloved and popular novels. The show plays on Friday and Saturday nights at 8:00 p.m. and on Sundays at a matinee.
- Always…Patsy Cline is playing in Overland Park through the beginning of December. This musical is based on a true story about country music legend, Patsy Cline. There is humor, music, and plenty of audience engagement! The show happens daily at the New Theatre Restaurant.
